Painting exploration and study for a large format 36x60 canvas painting I'm doing for a show coming up. This piece was inspired by life and culture surrounding the Amalfi Coast... the little moments and icons that are connected to the feeling of "ahhh life is so good" when you're at the sea.

House Rules
This painting of my personal house values was inspired by another artist I came across on TikTok, @itsonthethirdfloor. They had posted their own house rules painting inviting others to create their own version of this idea. I shared my version of this on TikTok and it kinda blew up. I received so many requests to sell the version sharing my personal values/version of this painting. Because I originally created this with intention of it solely living in my own home and not to sell, this felt a little funky for me. I reached out to the account that had the original idea and explained the situation I was in. They said "I believe there is room for everyone, so you do you, make and sell your art." With this blessing I decided I would make a batch of my house values painting to share with a wider audience. This painting was inspired by the European summer that I've been dreaming about having for years now. Until it actually happens, I wanted to bring that feeling of relaxation into my everyday by painting a few things that make me go, "ahhh that's good." Ah... C’est bon.
